It's illogical. <br /><br />Why don't we attach a small trailer to the back of the bus where bikes could be kept? You would only attach it if there were bikes booked, plus you could charge more for the service. Aberdeenshire Council and Stagecoach on the Desside route have been running a system for a while. The buses carry bags into which the bikes are put before being put in the underfloor luggage area.
